Basis: ingredients, explanations, missing details and displayed YouTube counts, checked November 1, 2026. These are starting ingredients, not complete shopping lists. The sources contain Korean narration or captions; English caption availability has not been verified.

Simple Cooking — choose a new dish when you already know basic frying

The first recipe in this 1-minute-8-second video runs from 00:07 to 00:42. Pork belly and onion are fried, black-bean sauce powder and gochujang are added, then water turns the mixture into a sauce for prepared noodles. It is a quick view of the sequence.

Read the method as well as the ingredient list before shopping: gochujang and water appear in the method but outside that list. The pork is described as “two handfuls.” Exact meat weight, cup and spoon standards, servings and noodle-boiling time are not provided. This is not a fully measured first cooking lesson.

A separate braised-chicken recipe begins at 00:43. Do not add its chicken thighs and sauce ingredients to the noodles.

Seungwoo’s Dad — hear why to reduce the heat

At 01:24–03:16 of this 2019 video, Seungwoo’s Dad makes a Spam-and-cheese rolled omelette. The full eight-recipe collection lasts 10:52. At 02:04–02:22, he explains why to pour a thin layer of egg rather than too much at once.

At 02:42–02:56, he explains that browning after turning indicates excessive heat in this demonstration. The value is a decision made from an intermediate state, rather than only a finished-dish photograph. Watch the pouring and surface-color explanations separately.

Roughly six eggs are used for the demonstration pan, not specified as a one-person serving. Do not assume your pan or heat behaves identically. The cookware links disclose that purchases can earn the creator revenue.

Delicious Day — separate ingredients by purpose using captions

The first chicken quesadilla is at 00:51–07:21 of a 32-minute-58-second collection of seven tortilla recipes. Its captions distinguish chopped tomato for the filling from tomato for salsa, and explain which portion of onion belongs where.

At 02:10–02:37, the captions suggest Cheongyang chili instead of jalapeño, and vinegar instead of lemon juice. List the filling and salsa ingredients separately before following the frying and folding steps. Substitution does not imply identical flavor.

The beef burrito beginning at 07:22 is a different recipe: do not merge its measurements into the quesadilla. The first recipe does not provide a complete one-serving measurement table, and the compilation’s runtime is not the cooking time.

To make your pans and utensils easier to reach first, compare kitchen-organization videos. Original screenshots retain their source captions.
